Online ICF Certification Program
This is an instructor-led integrated NLP Practitioner and ICF Coach program with five certificates: NLP Diploma, Certified NLPPractitioner, Certified Life Coach, Certified Associate Leadership and Executive Coach, and Certified Organizational Development Coach. Additionally, this program also leads to program requirement towards ICF ACC level certification.
The program is designed to provide comprehensive learning and professional development opportunities. This program is delivered by the NLP global Guru Vikram Dhar, who is an award-winning coach and mentor coach. The program follows the ethical guidelines laid down by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), International Association of Professional Coaches, Counselors, and Therapists (IAPCCT), and International Coach Federation (ICF). Our course content and Coaching Labs are designed to enable a participant to become proficient as a Coach, and to help an individual with their own Self Development in their personal and professional life.
Upon completion of this program, participants will receive five certifications that establishes their credibility as a professional, someone who has completed an authentic, and rigorous NLP and Coach program.

Our comprehensive course includes 120+ hours of learning, including a 15-daysonlineinstructor led class, 80 hours of offline learning through reading and hands-on coaching, and additional practice sessions.
We provide post-program support and hand-hold you to become proficient by providing mentorship and access to a closed NLP WhatsApp group. The course covers different applications of NLP, including those in business and personal life, and you will be mentored for life by our senior coaches/trainers.

Program completion details:
Combo 1: Upon completion of the program, participants in Combo 1 will receive a Diploma in NLP from ABNLP and a NLP Practitioner certificate from American Board of NLP. In addition to the live program completion, they will be required to complete 2 book reading assignments
Combo 2: For participants in Combo 2 complete requirements of Combo 1 + submit 3 mp3 recordings of peer coaching sessions.
Combo 3: For participants in Combo 3, complete requirements of Combo 1 + submission of 5 mp3 coach recordings for feedback + completion of 10 hours of mentor coaching + attendance of Coaching Labs.
All certificates will be issued after successful completion of the required coursework and assignments.
Program Policy
- Registration is required to attend the program
- The workshop is intensive and covers coaching topics across all days
- The program is conducted in English
- Corporate Certification Offer: Pay full certification price for 3 people and the 4th person can attend for free with included certificates
- Once registration is complete, the amount is non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling is allowed, but the name of the person who will attend must be communicated to us before the start of the workshop.

Our NLP and Coaching programs are accredited by reputable organizations that adhere to strict ethical standards:
– American Board of NLP (ABNLP): Our NLP training is accredited by ABNLP and is conducted in accordance with their code of ethics. Upon completion, participants receive the NLP Associate Practitioner certification under ABNLP.
– International Association of Professional Coaches, Counselors, and Therapists (IAPCCT): We are a member of IAPCCT, and our coaching training is conducted in accordance with their code of ethics.
– International Coach Federation (ICF): Our Coach Program is an approved training member of ICF and is conducted in accordance with their code of ethics. Upon completion, participants (Registered in Combo 3 – ICF ACC) can apply for certification from ICF.
